An inclusive class based on the 34 original exercises. All classes can be adapted to all levels and combine a mixture of standing, seated and lying positions to create an all-inclusive workout.

Standing Pilates

 

A practice designed to be able to adapt exercises for those who might not be able, for whatever reason, to move up and down from the floor. Again, based on the 34 original exercises, you will use balance, the wall and a chair to create a different, interesting and original workout.
