Maddie Reynolds is a 500-hour yoga teacher, meditation and Breathwork Teacher, Sound Therapy Practitioner and Pilates teacher in the Scottish Borders.

Maddie’s yoga and Pilates journey began over 17 years ago, when she was a personal trainer. It took a while to realise her passion, but when she became incredibly ill 10 years ago, she found Yoga as a solace and respite when she couldn’t do much else.

Maddie has studied Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin yoga as well as mat, breath lead and advanced Pilates and owes a lot to Bess Prescott, Pia Dyson, Carlson Calhoun, Louise Fellows and Ola Lirka for their guidance, teachings and support.

Maddie's teaching style is creative, inclusive and playful. She is detail-oriented but ensures everyone is comfortable, and she remains very relaxed about what clients might or might not include in their practice.

Her heart is in making the most out of life, and so expect to build strength, laugh and try something different and be welcomed to whatever class you come to.
